Oluwatosin David-Sat is a teenage and youth development coach, mentor, speaker, author and the founder of Pure & Sane Impact Foundation — dedicated to helping teenagers become more self-aware, confident, purposeful and equipped to make healthy life choices.
Why teenagers matter to me
Teenage years are the most formative season of a person's life — where identity is questioned, confidence is built or broken, and life-shaping decisions are made. Yet many young people navigate this season alone. This is the gap I have dedicated my life to filling.
How the work started
Through direct work with secondary-school students, I kept meeting brilliant young people who didn't know who they were, didn't believe in themselves, and didn't know what to do with their lives. That gave birth to Pure & Sane Impact Foundation — and the outreach, education and mentorship that reaches thousands of students today.
What I believe
Every teenager carries an assignment worth discovering. When a young person knows who they are and where they are going, peer pressure loses its grip, discipline becomes natural, and healthy choices follow.
